Responsible Tin Raw Material Sourcing Policy

In order to ensure the responsible sourcing of our
company's tin raw materials and achieve the traceability of tin raw materials,
our company adopts the "OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply
Chain of Minerals from Conflict-affected and High-risk Areas" (Hereinafter
referred to as the "OECD Guidance"), to manage the risks (as below)
under Annex II of Model Supply Chain Policy, and establish a risk-based supply
chain due diligence process.

Regarding serious abuses associated with the extraction, transport,
or trade of minerals;

Regarding direct or indirect support to non-state armed groups;

Regarding public or private security forces;

Regarding bribery and fraudulent misrepresentation of the origin or
minerals;

Regarding money laundering

Regarding taxes, fees and royalties paid to the government.
The company will conduct due diligence on the
supplier's tin raw materials in accordance with the OECD Guidance. If the above-mentioned
risks occur in the supply chain, the company will discontinue the business
relationship with the supplier. also,

The company will ensure that it does not source or use tin raw
materials from conflict-affected and high-risk areas that involve human rights
violations.

The company ensures that the sourcing of tin raw materials in its
products will not directly or indirectly support non-state armed groups.

The company only source from smelters that have independent
third-party verification. The company’s recognized institutions include the
Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) developed by the Responsible
Minerals Initiative (RMI) or other mutually recognized industry certification
projects.

The company will communicate the responsible sourcing policy for tin
raw materials to all suppliers, including subcontractors, and incorporate this
requirement into the procurement contract with the supplier.
The company will evaluate the source of the
supplier's tin raw materials, and only source from suppliers who meet the above
conditions.
