Dragon Silver Holdings Limited is a comprehensive enterprise integrating tin producing, tin processing and tin trading business.

Section 1502 of the US Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act effective on July 21st 2010 defines ‘Conflict Minerals’ as including cassiterite and its derivatives, tantalum, wolfram, gold and other minerals which originating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its adjoining countries.

Dragon Silver Holdings Limited supports the objectives of this law and has no link to the conflict mining industry in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and its adjoining countries and regions(Angola, Burundi, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Republic of Congo, Rwanda, South Sultan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia).

Our purchasers comprehend the procurement policy and do not purchase minerals which financing, promoting or exacerbating conditions of conflict during purchasing. And company regularly held internal training on conflict-free minerals sourcing. Meanwhile, we require commitment from our suppliers that their materials shall originate from conflict-free areas.

We here to declare and promise that Dragon Silver Holdings Limited fulfills our social responsibility, do not purchase and use the tin materials from conflict areas. While requiring the raw materials supplied by our suppliers are not related to the conflict in the DRC and its adjoining countries and regions.

We are engaged in the RMI Conflict Free Programme and participate in auditing processes to provide assurance for our customers that our tin ingots and products are from sources not linked to conflict.

Although not sourcing tin materials from the DRC or adjoining countries, we aware of the “conflict minerals” law of the US, as well as the conflict mineral policies, management systems and survey framework which are announced by relevant organizations (such as the OECD or EICC). We have also made our suppliers aware of these criteria and have included relevant text in our supply contracts, refusing use the conflict minerals.

This agreement will take effect since being announced.
